Callisto will attend the 8Th TTC, which will be held from 24th to 27th of September 2019 at ESA - ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany.
During this event, Callisto will present 2 topics in regards with Ground Systems Technology. The first one will talk about minimization of Noise Temperature (NT) using cryogenic cooled feed receivers in X-Band and its upgrade for operations. The second one is about the simplification of Ground Station (GS) Architecture, especially the radio frequency hardware. The use of innnovative sampling technology provides promising improvement for digitazing the Ground Station (GS) reception and transmission chain.
