Contract duration : 3 years
Client: A prestigious European organisation who operates meteorological satellites.
In the Department of maintenance and computer installation, you support the UNIX based facilities operations. Under the Department Manager's control, you analyse, develop and maintain the distributed hardware and system sofware platforms.This includes the implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.You coordinate the external providers of maintenance services.
The applicant has a Master degree and a 5 years experience in the administration of troubleshooting of distributed systems, in an operational or production environment characterized by high availability requirements. You have a successfull experience on UNIX Solaris operating system, you are familiar with systems sofware environment as HSM systems, SAN technologies, TCP/IP internetworking.
Fluent English and French are required
